«Купи или умри». Нам, правда, еще далеко до таких вот маркетинговых штучек, но на продвинутом западном буржуйском рынке buy-or-die message – довольно распространенное явление. Это часть такого вида рекламы, как директ-маркетинг. Как правило, последнее предупреждение высылается так называемым пассивным клиентам, которые добросовестно получают красочные каталоги, но не совершают покупок. Все действительно так серьезно, европейцы и американцы привыкли считать деньги: если они потратились на почтовую рассылку, то внимательно следят за покупательской активностью своих потенциальных клиентов. Конечно же, здесь речь идет об особом виде рассылок, когда от покупателя может последовать внятный жест в виде конкретного приобретения по каталогу, полученному по почте. Если после двадцать пятого отправления в один и тот же адрес компания понимает, что толку никакого нет, то ему высылается такая вот «черная метка». В послании сообщается душещипательный текст вроде: «Хотя мы и считаем Вас своим клиентом, наши издержки достигли такого уровня, что мы не сможем высылать Вам последующие выпуски каталога, если в ближайшее время не получим от Вас заказ». Коротко и по делу. Между прочим, имеется целая категория клиентов, очень трепетно относящихся в подобным посланиям. Как правило, именно они «ломаются» и делают покупку. Не исключено, что им это понравится, и они станут постоянными клиентами компании. Так что налаживайте контроль, следите за рассылочными списками, и не бойтесь давить на пассивных получателей каталогов. В конце концов, даже если ваше предупреждение и останется безответным, что вы потеряете?
